We are proud of our ZERO hazing policy during New Member Education. We encourage hazing victims to stay true to their values and contact the Anti-Hazing Hotline at 1-888-NOT-HAZE if necessary.

 

One of our mottos as a Brotherhood is "Spectemur Agendo," which translates to, "Let Us Be Judged By Our Acts." We are firm in this motto, and as such, we act with respect for our values and for our New Members' values.

As an alternative to hazing, or more traditional "Pledeship," our New Member Education process is strictly focused on improving New Members' intellectual, moral, and social being. This process is taught through Theta Delta Chi International's Workbook, conversations with the New Member Educators, and strictly educational activities and events approved by the Charge's Executive Council.
